Ronald A. Swiss, 70, of Scottsdale, Arizona passed to eternity on April 7, 2008 following a heroic battle with cancer. He was born May 19, 1937 in Chicago, Illinois and made his home in Arizona since 1985.

A highlight of his successful career in accounting was his work with Project Challenge of the Arizona National Guard. Mr. Swiss was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Mary Ann Swiss in 1990.

He is survived by his daughter, Donna and her husband, Tom of Phoenix; his son, Ronald and his girlfriend, Karen of Columbus, Ohio; his mother, Grace; his brothers Thomas and Roger and families; his long-time girlfriend, Kathi Ebright; her mother, Millie; daughter, Lori Mancuso and husband, Rob; and three grandchildren, Angela, Christine and Michael.

Visitation was held Friday, April 11, 2008 at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. A memorial service was held Saturday, April 12, 2008 at Desert Hills Chapel. Interment followed at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., Scottsdale. Arrangements entrusted to Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 480-991-5800.
