Published by Today's News Herald on Nov. 20, 2022 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Gertrude (Trudy) Warren passed away on Nov. 8, 2022, in Lake Havasu City. She was born on July 11, 1939 in Denver to Clara and Bill Wieder. Trudy was born with a green thumb, which led to her love of gardening and running a successful landscape business. She also loved boating, playing cards and spending time with her friends. Trudy married Del Warren May 11, 1973, where they lived in Broomfield, Colorado until 2008 when they decided to move to Parker, Arizona to start their life living near Lake Havasu. They both loved to boat with their friends and family. She is preceded in death by her parents, Clara and Bill Wieder, her husband, Del Warren and her son-in- law, Mike Messina. She is survived by her sister Peg Gritta (brother-in-law John Gritta), brother Bill Wieder (sister-in law Katie Wieder) and George Wieder (sister-in-law Kay Wieder), her daughter, Jenna Messina, her son, Bobby Povich (daughter-in-law Lisa Povich), her grandchildren, Chad Povich (Jen Povich), Megan Walker (Derek Walker), Chelsea Povich (Sebastian Ortiz-Vazquez), and her great-grandchildren, Jacy and Quinn Walker, Macklin and Ryder Povich, and Zeke Ortiz Vazquez and numerous extended family and friends.
