| Published by Yuma Sun on Dec. 2, 2022 - Yuma, Arizona - Bobbie S. Norred, age 90, passed away on November 25, 2022, in Yuma, Arizona. She was the daughter of Paris G and Mary Lee Simpson and was born in Nashville, Tennessee, April 10, 1932. Bobbie was married to Caldwell Vann Norred for 67 years. She was preceded in death by her sister Peggie Caswell and brother Donald Simpson. She is survived by her husband Vann and four children: Michael (Shelly) of Reno, NV; Julie Pialet (Scott) of Colorado Springs, CO; Lori French of Colorado Springs, CO; Sharon Monroe (J.J.) of Phoenix, AZ; and a brother, William Wayne Simpson of Nashville, TN. Bobbie was the proud grandmother of 12 and great-grandmother of 18. A visitation for Bobbie will be held Friday, December 9, 2022 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Swan-Law Funeral Directors, 501 North Cascade Avenue, Colorado Springs, CO 80903. A funeral service will occur Saturday, December 10, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM, also at Swan-Law Funeral Directors.
