Barry Wayne Bond

Barry Wayne Bond passed away on Monday Jan. 23, 2023 in a comfortable,
peaceful setting surrounded by his loved ones. Barry was born Nov. 13,
1939 and was 83 years old.

Funeral services will be held this week in a beautiful setting located
in the nice and hot weather that he loved. He is survived by his wife
Patti Maria Bond, his two sons Emio Bond and Chris Bond, stepdaughter
Shannon Davis and stepson Tony Sassi and his grandson Christopher True
Bromley.

Barry was a letterman athlete in high school, right after graduation he
then enlisted in the Marine Corps when he was only 18 years old. He is a
Vietnam combat veteran with several recognitions including rifle expert,
pistol expert, and a Presidential Unit Citation. He reached the
distinguished rank of gunnery sergeant. Barry was honorably discharged
after 20 years of service to the Marine Corps USA and began his second
career as an extremely successful salesman. Barry is a true American
Patriot who loved his country and his family.

He will be remembered as a loving husband and father but most
importantly as a hero to all that knew him. "Although I walk through the
valley of the shadow of death, the Reaper shall fear me, for I am a U.S.
Marine!" Semper Fi.

A memorial service will be held at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home on January
26, 2023 at 11a.m.

Services were entrusted to the care of Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home.
