| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona October 7, 2004 Joanne H. Esteraich, 53, of Scottsdale, a retired vocational rehab counselor, died October 3, 2004. She was born in Minnesota. Survivors include her husband, Charles; children, Rachelle, Emily, Christian, Camella and Ian; and six grandchildren. Services were held Friday, October 8, 2004 at Life-Paths Funeral Home, 6812 E. Thomas Rd., in Scottsdale with a viewing one hour prior to the service. Following services the burial was at Paradise Memorial Gardens, 9300 E. Shea Blvd., in Scottsdale. The family suggests contributions to The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 250, Dallas, TX 75244.
