| Arizona Daily Star (Tucson, Arizona) Monday, October 26, 1964, p. B-5 WANEK, Olga, 65, of 4036 E. Grant, passed away Oct. 23rd. Tucson resident for 2 years. Survived by husband, Sherman; sons, Thomas Titley and Phillip Titley; daughter, Mrs. Carrol O'Flaherty, all of Madison, Wisc.; 3 grandchildren; sister, Mrs. Goodren Haegley, of Wisc. Rosary was recited 7:30 p.m., Sunday, at Adair Funeral Home Chapel. Requiem Mass, 9 a.m., Monday at St. Cyril's Church. Burial will follow in South Lawn Memorial Park. |
