| Published by Today's News Herald on Nov. 12, 2023 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Cody Kail Ferguson was tragically taken from us on Oct. 8, 2023, he was 34 years old. He is survived by his parents Chimene Ferguson and Kimmakai Phillips and extended family. Cody was born May 27, 1990, in San Bernardino, California. He graduated in 2009 from Lake Havasu High School. Cody has worked as a journeyman cement mason for the last five years and has been in construction for 20 years. Cody especially loved his family and his loyal dog, Lexi. He also enjoyed riding his motorcycle with his close friends. A celebration of life in honor of Cody will be held at Shugrue's Restaurant located in Lake Havasu City in the banquet room on Nov. 18, 2023, at 1 p.m. All friends and family are welcome.
