Scott Wayne Underwood was born to Donald and Susan Underwood in 
Smithville, Missouri. He grew up in Missouri until the family moved to 
California for a period of three years. He then moved with his family to 
Lake Havasu City, in 1980 at the age of 12. He graduated from Lake 
Havasu High School in 1987 and went directly into the Marine Corps.

He returned to Lake Havasu City to learn the family trade at Don's Auto 
Body. He then went to become an adjuster of claims for Progressive 
Insurance - traveling even to Texas and Louisiana for hurricane losses.

Scott is survived by his son Gavin Underwood of Utah, parents; Don and 
Sue Underwood, brother; Chad Underwood, sister-in-law; Melissa 
Underwood, nephews; Logan and Dillon from Lake Havasu City.
