Published by Today's News Herald on Jan. 21, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Raymond Lee Casper, 91, of Lake Havasu City, passed away on Tuesday, January 2, 2024, at home. Raymond was born in Alma, Nebraska on June 7, 1932, to Frank and Edna Casper. Raymond left high school and worked until he was drafted into the U.S. Army during the Korean War. Raymond married Billie Russell in 1954 and, after her passing in 1987, was married to Rita Williams in 1990 until her passing in 2022. Raymond worked in the aviation industry over thirty years and traveled throughout the world for the companies he worked for. Raymond is survived by three sons, Raymond Jr. (Ginger), Frank, and Bernie Casper and two stepsons, Robert and Steven Williams (Stacy). Raymond is also survived by 8 brothers and sisters, David, Robert, Linda, Ron, Sharon, Shirley, Larry and Cathy, nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. There are no services planned per Raymond's request. |
