| Published by Today's News Herald on Feb. 11, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Dorothy Elizabeth Terry passed away peacefully, with family members by her side, on Jan. 18, 2024 at the age of 93 in her home in Lake Havasu City. Dorothy was born on April 21, 1930, the fourth of five children to Charles and Teresa Thomas in Bellflower, California. She married Robert Carl Wager in 1950 and had three sons. They divorced in 1973, she remarried in 1979 to Charles A. Terry in Las Vegas. Dorothy enjoyed volleyball, crossword puzzles and watching her soap operas. She was a devoted wife and loving mother to her three sons. She was preceded in death by her parents, sister Virginia Elliot, sister Gwen Lazicki, brother Frank Thomas, her oldest son Douglas C. Wager and daughter in law Debby Zack and stepson Roger E. Terry. She is survived by her husband Charles A. Terry, sister Barbara Flinn, son Ronald L. Wager and daughter-in-law Laura Wager, son Robert N. Wager, stepson Steven C. Terry and stepdaughter-in-law Shelley Terry, stepdaughter Sandy L. McDonald and stepson in law Gordon McDonald, stepdaughter in law Eileen Terry, three step-grandchildren and one step-great-grand child. A private service will be held for family members. Dorothy (Dotty) will be dearly missed. |
