Published by Today's News Herald on Jun. 9, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - On May 20, 2024, Ronald (Ron) George Nickle, most well known as Ron, traded the sunsets of Lake Havasu City, Arizona for a heavenly sunrise. Born on March 17, 1942, in Long Beach, CA, Ron lived a remarkable 82 years, 39 of which were spent enriching the community of Lake Havasu with his vibrant personality and entrepreneurial spirit. Ron was a man who truly left an indelible imprint on everyone he met, his charisma and zest for life were infectious. He was a marketing expert by trade, and his passion lay in the many local businesses he built from the ground up. On September 19, 2005, he married his beloved Julie Cummings in St. Maarten. He leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience in his sons; Ronnie, Ken, Kevin, daughters; Traceye Greeley and Misty Nickle, sister; Karen Bronow, five grandkids and three great-grandkids. His life was a testament to his strength, resilience, and unwavering love for his family. He is preceded by his father, George Nickle, and mother, Dorothy Furrer. The light of Ron's life will continue to shine in the hearts of everyone he touched. We encourage friends and family to share their cherished memories and photos of Ronald on his memorial page. A Celebration of Life is scheduled on June 16, 2024, at Shugrue's Restaurant in the Bridgeview Room, located at 1425 McCulloch Blvd N, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86403 from 1pm until 4pm. We encourage all that loved and knew Ron to attend and celebrate his wonderful life. Please wear casual or golf attire to his celebration of life. May he rest in eternal peace. |
