| Edward Forrest Hale Born in Douglas, Arizona on Jan. 20, 1965. Departed on March 12, 2003 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Edward Forrest Hale, 38, of Cottonwood, Arizona died on March 12th at the Phoenix Baptist Hospital. He was born January 20, 1965 in Douglas, Arizona to Forrest Edwin and Joanne Jeannett (Miller) Hale. He is survived by his mother, Joanne Hale of Cottonwood, brother, William and Cathy Hale, Cottonwood and a very large extended family including the Hale, Criswell, Norrell and McCarthy families. He was a loving son and brother who will be deeply missed. His father Edwin preceded him in death. Funeral services were held on Saturday, March 15th at the Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood. Burial was in Middle Verde Cemetery. Westcott Funeral Home, Cottonwood and Camp Verde, Arizona. |
