Charlotte Higgins was born on June 1, 1952 in Champaign, Illinois to Marshall Higgins and Mary Ellen Higgins. Charlotte graduated from Watertown High in 1970 and went on to earn a Secretarial Science Degree from Post University, Middlebury, CT in 1972. Charlotte was known as an avid reader, well traveled, loved family, friends, music and pets. She followed current events. Charlotte and family traveled the U.S. and Europe, her father a navigator with a major airline. She was a Wickenburg resident for the last twenty plus years, having been born in Illinois, and lived in California, New York and Connecticut. Charlotte is survived by Elinor Higgins--sister, Ted Jackson--cousin, Tony Jackson--cousin, David Jackson--cousin, Gary Jackson--cousin. Charlotte is preceded in death by Marshall Higgins--father, Mary Higgins--mother. |
