| Published by Today's News Herald from Oct. 22 to Oct. 23, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Patrick Cromwell Quate, affectionately know as Pat, passed away on Aug. 8, 2024 for an on Nov. 7, 1939 in Richmond Virginia he spent the majority of his life in Pasadena California before finally settling down in Lake Havasu City. Pat was dedicated and well respected figure in the horse racing industry having spent many years as a jockey his career was not just a job but a passion that brought him great fulfillment and joy. Patrick Cromwell is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Suzanne Quate and his three daughters Stephanie Pla, Maridee Kirk and Kyna Waitman. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren and great- grandchildren and his friend and son-in-law Mike Pla. He was preceded in death by his father and his mother Margaret Quate. Patrick Cromwell will be deeply missed but his spirit will continue to live on through the love and memories shared by his family and friends. |
