Published by Today's News Herald on Nov. 10, 2024 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Alan Paul Zeuke was born on Jan. 9, 1943, in Jersey City, New Jersey. He passed away suddenly on Oct. 31, 2024, after a severe fall. Upon retirement from Bell Atlantic (Verizon), he relocated to Lake Havasu City, 26 years ago, from New Milford, New Jersey. He was a member of the Telephone Pioneers of America. Al was very generous with his time and resources, always willing to lend a hand to those in need. His strength and sense of community guided him to volunteer at the local food bank for at least 20 years. He will always be remembered for his laugh and constant smiles. He will be greatly missed. Al is survived by his loving wife, Ellie of 59 years, his children; Paul (Jodie), Troy (Ann), Laura Williams (Tom): 12 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; and his siblings Alice Hayes and Debra Greco. He is preceded in death by his parents Henry and Muriel Zeuke and his beloved sister, Diane Strack. A service to celebrate Als life will be held Saturday Nov. 16, 2024, at 11 a.m., at Lamb of God Lutheran Church located at 2791 Inca Drive, Lake Havasu City, AZ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Havasu Community Health Foundation/Foodbank or Lamb of God Endowment Fund. |
