Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Carol Jean Anderson, born on September 13, 1950, in Joliet, IL, USA, was a woman of courage, resilience, and unmatched spirit. Her life was a testament to her strength, her joy, and her ability to love deeply. Carol spent 48 cherished years in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, a place she truly called home. As a surgical technician for 23 years, she worked diligently at Havasu Regional Medical Center and the Navajo Indian reservation, demonstrating her commitment to caring for others. Alongside her professional achievements, Carol was a passionate volunteer at the Clothes Closet, reflecting her empathetic nature and dedication to her community. Carol's hobbies were a reflection of her vibrant personality. Whether it was solving puzzles, sewing, reading, or simply "bumming around", she knew how to enjoy the simple pleasures of life. Her love for her cats, Henry and Bella, was immeasurable and her trips to Maui were always a highlight, reflecting her love for the beach. Carol is survived by her loving daughter, Michaelyn son-in-law, Gram Messer and daughter, Michelle son-in-law, Orlando Cadiz. Her sister Loral Fuller, sister Kristine Taranec and husband Paul & brother Douglas Holland. She was a doting grandmother to Daniel, Joshua, Mia, and Aiden, whose memories of her will forever be cherished. Carol was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Schoob; mother, Martha Rauman; Her beloved son, Jeffrey Young, her beloved husband, Erik Anderson & brother Dennis Holland. A memorial service to celebrate Carol's life will be held on Sunday, March 2, 2025, at 3:00pm MST at Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory, located at 21 Riviera Boulevard, Lake Havasu City, Arizona, 86403. In lieu of flowers donations can be made in Carol's name to the Clothes Closet & Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA). |
