MRS. BRASSFIELD BURIED LAST WEEK Funeral services for Mrs. Allie Brassfield, who died Saturday Dec. 26 in her home at 1110 W. Sherman was conducted Wednesday of last week in Mount Calvary Baptist Church, 11th Avenue and Yuma. The Rev. C. N. Hall, pastor of the church, officiated. Burial was in Greenwood Memorial Park. Mrs. Brassfield, 78, was born in Marion. Ind., and came to Phoenix in 1929 from her native state. She was a member of the Mount Calvary church. Survivors include five sisters, Mrs. Rosa White, Mrs. Isabel Palmer, Mrs. Sara Martin, and Mrs.. Frances Smith, all of Phoenix, and Mrs. Hazel Cooper, of California, and a foster son, Charles James, of Kansas City, Mo. Webber’s Eastlake Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
