| Published by Today's News Herald from Apr. 1 to Apr. 2, 2025 - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Christine Diane (Becker) Forrester, 78, of Vonore, TN, passed away on October 24, 2024, after a long illness. Christine was born in Jackson, MI to Lyle and Beatrice Becker, and spent her childhood on a farm in Quincy, MI On January 4, 1976, Christine married Stephen R. Forrester in Mundelein, IL. Together, they built a life filled with love and shared experiences. They lived in Fort Wayne, IN, then in 2009 they moved to Lake Havasu City, AZ. And then June of 2024, they relocated to Vonore, TN. Christine was preceded in death by her parents; stepfather John Kohler; sister Marilyn; and brothers Carlyle and Dalton. She is survived by her devoted husband Stephen; their four children Jinger, Judy, Jason, and Angela; two sons-in-law Michael and Eric; six grandchildren; five great- grandchildren; sisters Roma Bishop and Lonna (James) Frederick; as well as brother-in-law John (Judy) Forrester. Christine's adventurous spirit, generosity, and love for life will be deeply missed by all who knew her. A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.
