| Burt Stern, 66, a resident of Tucson for four years, died here March 29. Mr. Stern had come here from Valley City, N. D. where he had lived for 40 years. He was Past Exalted Ruler of the Elks there and was a Rotarian, Shriner and member of Knights of Pythias. Survivors are his widow, Ada; two sons, Lester of Fargo and Albert, a major in the air force; a daughter, Mrs. David Ehrenfreund of Garden City, N. Y. and seven grand-children.
