| Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory - Lake Havasu City, Arizona - Charles “Chuck” Warren, a Lake Havasu Resident since 2003, passed away on May 29, 2024. He is survived by his stepson, John “Jay” Haswell; stepdaughter, Melinda Harvey; his grandchildren, Natasha Trevino, Jaxton Haswell, and Arianna Harvey; and his great-granddaughter, Elizabeth Trevino. Services will be held at Our Lady of the Lake on Thursday, June 13th at 10am with a burial service to follow at Lake Havasu Memorial Gardens.
