Lietz-Fraze Funeral Home & Crematory -
Lake Havasu City, Arizona -

Omer Dale Havlovic, known affectionately as Omer, departed this world on
March 13, 2024. Born December 5, 1930, in Watonga, Oklahoma, he lived a
life of service and dedication, making his mark as a pillar of strength,
grace, and resilience. His life journey took him to the scenic Lake
Havasu City, Arizona, where he spent 38 enriching years. He was a
tender-hearted soul whose love was as vast as the Arizonian sky under
which he lived.

Omer was a man of the law, serving with unyielding commitment as a
Deputy Sheriff for the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department. Upon his
retirement, he carried the spirit of service and dedication into his
personal life, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a word of
wisdom. His charming demeanor and love for life were infectious, and his
presence radiated warmth and comfort. As the great American author, Mark
Twain, once said, "The two most important days in your life are the day
you are born and the day you find out why." For Omer, his purpose was
clear - to serve, protect, and love.

Omer is survived by his loving wife, Mary Havlovic; his children, Tamy
Thomas, Tammy Thomas, and Jerry Havlovic; his daughter-in-law, Lila
Havlovic; and his grandfathers, Nick Havlovic and Ashley Adams. Omer was
predeceased by his father, Chester Havlovic, and mother, Mildred
Mullendore. As we mourn the loss of our beloved Omer, we also celebrate
a life well lived, a life that touched many, and a life that epitomized
love, courage, and service.

We invite you to share your memories of Omer, to upload photos that
capture his spirit, and to celebrate the legacy of a remarkable man. As
we pay our respects, may we remember the words of Helen Keller: "What we
once enjoyed and deeply loved we can never lose, for all that we love
deeply becomes part of us." May Omer's love and legacy continue to be a
part of us and inspire us.
