Frank McCarty Final rites for Frank McCarty 1601 West Sonora were conducted Monday afternoon by Bishop Degene Clark in the Church of God in Christ No. 2. Interment followed in Double Butte Cemetery. Mr. McCarty, 70, who died a. week ago Wednesday, lived in the city ten years. He is survived by his wife, Amanda, Phoenix; three daughters, Mrs. Etta Flowers, Miss Alberta McCarty, both of Phoenix and Mrs. Hazel Boughton of California; son, Frazier Freeman, mother, Mrs. Susie Gibson and brother, John King, all of Phoenix; three sisters, Mrs. Codell Jones, Washington, Mrs. Provola Palmer, California and Missionary Ruth Thorne of Phoenix; and 11 grandchildren. Arrangements were completed by Webber’s Mortuary. Arizona Sun August 1, 1957 |
