| Funeral Services Saturday For Mrs. Snoddy Funeral services will be held Saturday at Ragsdale Chapel in the Valley at 10 a.m.. for Mrs. Bessie Snoddy, 64, who died in a local hospital last Tuesday. Rev. T. A. Williams will officiate. Mrs. Snoddy, the widow of the late Rev. C. A. Snoddy, 2342 West Washington Street, became ill Monday week, was hospitalized and died a week later without regain ing consciousness, according to neighbors. She came to Phoenix three years ago with her husband, who passed here last February. She was a member of the First Institutional Baptist Church. She is survived by two brothers, Cornelious and Clint Wells, both of Texas; and several nieces, including Mrs. Alma Grigsby of Ft. Worth, who is here for the funeral. Arizona Sun July 29, 1955 |
