Glenda Estelle (Davis) Donato

Glenda Estelle Donato, 88, of Lake Havasu City, passed from this world
to her heavenly home on August 15, 2025.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Nicholas John Donato;
her granddaughter, Glenda Ora Makihele; and her parents, Guy and Estelle
Davis.

Glenda was born on February 15, 1937, in Springerville, Arizona. She
enjoyed a joyful childhood, cherished by her parents, her three older
brothers, and her loving big sister.

In high school in Blythe, California, Glenda met and married her first
husband, Nathan Lee Leonard (deceased). They had four children: Nathan
Lee Leonard (Beth), Guy Edward Leonard (Julie), Teresa Ann Keele
(Michael, deceased), and Brant Douglas Leonard. She is also survived by
nine grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-
grandson. Glenda was a beloved aunt to many nieces, nephews,
grandnieces, and grandnephews.

February 15th, 1975, Glenda married the love of her life, Nicholas John
Donato.

A devoted and loving mother, Glenda enjoyed her career as a Medical
Record Technician and later as a detail-oriented Tax
Preparer/Accountant. She loved cooking for family gatherings, playing
the piano for church services and at home, and sharing her talents in
crocheting. From slippers to baby blankets, she lovingly crafted items
for all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, ensuring each one
felt special.

Later in life, she discovered a passion for drawing, ceramics, and
beading, enjoying creative time with her daughter.

Glenda was a free spirit with a joy for living. She deeply loved her
husband Nicholas, her family, her God, and her country. She was a light
to all who knew her and will be forever remembered.

Services for Glenda will be held on Friday, August 22, at 4:00 p.m. at
Bradbury Memorial Center, 3317 AZ-95, Lake Havasu City, AZ 86404.

Arrangements are entrusted to Bradbury Memorial Center in Lake Havasu
