Edward Richard Kulik, 80, March 8, 1922 - Jan. 9, 2003. Resided in Laveen, Arizona.

Retired Lieutenant of the Phoenix Department. Highly Decorated WWII Pilot, flew 68 missions over Germany. Served in 475th Air Service Group, 83rd Squadron. Enlisted July 1, 1940 and was discharged as Major E.R. Kulik, March 9, 1947.

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.

Survived by wife, three daughters and two granddaughters.

He will be greatly missed.

Services to be held 14 Jan. 2003, 1:30 p.m. at Camelback Sunset Chapel, 301 W. Camelback Road.
