| Nelson Funeral Service - Arkansas - Delores Ann Walmer, aged 93, passed away peacefully on July 1, 2025, in Holiday Island, Arkansas. Born on June 15,1932, in Erie, Pennsylvania, Delores was a beacon of warmth and love to all who knew her. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Kenneth Walmer, her parents, Joseph and Victoria (Zlotkowski) Wisniewski, her sister Sylvia Wisniewski, her brother Joseph Wisniewski, Jr., and her brother-in-law Robert Niccum. Delores's life was one of dedication and service, both professionally and personally. She worked diligently as a Senior Clerk for the Public School District, where she was respected for her work ethic and kindness. Her commitment to her community was evident through her active involvement as a former member of the Red Hat Society, the Moose Club, and as a Board member of the Homeowners Association in Bodfish, California. She is survived by a loving family that includes her children: Kenneth Walmer and his wife Toni Jo, Diane Watts and her husband Buford (Buddy), Lynne Walmer; sister Eileen Niccum; sister-in-law Nadine Walmer; and her cherished grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews, all of whom she adored. Delores's passion for cooking and baking was well known among her family and friends. She took great joy in preparing meals and was especially renowned for her fresh loaves of bread. Delores enjoyed many hobbies, including reading, cooking, crochet, sewing and other creative endeavors. A service will be held on October 11, 2025 at 1:00 PM in Lake Havasu, Arizona.
