A hardworking man since the age of 15, Paul's determination punctuated every aspect of his life, from his career in construction to his dedication to his beloved family. As Albert Einstein beautifully put it, "Only a life lived in the service to others is worth living," and Paul's life was a testament to this, as he spent his years caring deeply for those around him. Paul's light-hearted spirit was a joy to those who knew him. His love for a good laugh was infectious, his sense of humor was a delight, and his long, iconic ponytail was a visible symbol of his free spirit. Paul was not just a lover of good times, but also a lover of life's simple pleasures. He had a soft spot for watching TV, hanging out with his friends, and the thrill of a motorcycle ride. Yet, what mattered most to Paul was his family. He cherished his wife of 20 years, Fernaline"Lin", and their son, Evan, proving time and again that "the love of a family is life's greatest blessing." Paul Barnes leaves behind a loving tribe. He is survived by his wife, Fernaline "Lin"; his son, Evan; his brothers, David and Greg Barnes; and his sister, Kathy Brindley. He now joins those who have passed before him, including his father, Raymond Barnes; his mother, Margret Milkay; and his sibling, Carlon Connelly. In the words of Maya Angelou, "People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel." Paul's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering support, and it will be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
