| Published by The Miner on Nov. 10, 2025 - Kingman, Arizona - Warren H. Bard, 91, of Kingman, Arizona, passed into God’s hands on July 7, 2025. Warren was born in 1934 in Hagerstown, Maryland and grew up in the Pimlico section of Baltimore. He served four years in the United States Air Force, the last 18 months of which were with the 659th Aircraft Early Warning Squadron on “Radar Hill” in Kingman, Arizona. Warren lived in Kingman for the next 70 years. After being discharged from the Air Force, Warren worked for several businesses around Kingman. In 1964, he married Bernice LeAnn Cisney. After working various jobs over the years, including for the local Coca Cola Bottling Company, Warren retired in 1991 from the Citizens Utilities Company. Warren was an active member in his community. He was a 60-year member of the Kingman Lodge #22 Free and Accepted Masons, serving as Master Mason in 1966. Warren was a Past President of the Kingman Lions Club. Warren served as a Deacon at College Park Baptist Church for many years. During the 1960s, Warren assisted on a construction project at Kingman’s old First Baptist Church on Oak St. After retirement, Warren and LeAnn volunteered fulltime on the building of the main auditorium at both College Park Baptist Church and the First Southern Baptist Church. They also traveled to Mexico, New Mexico, Utah, Missouri, Illinois, and various locations in Arizona to build churches. Warren was best known for his deep love of the Lord, his devotion to his family and his generous heart. He is survived by his wife of 61 years, LeAnn, his daughters, Mary Davis and Brenda Whitecotton, and four grandchildren. Warren was laid to rest at Veteran's National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona. See Also: Find A Grave |
