| Published by The Miner on Nov. 5, 2025 - Kingman, Arizona - Mrs. Linda Louise Mascarello McManus, 77, passed away peacefully on Monday, Oct. 20, 2025, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on May 7, 1948, in Santa Monica, California to the late James T. Mascarello and the late Betty M. Barnes. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her soulmate and husband, Joseph E. McManus. Linda graduated from Kingman High School in 1966 and moved to central Florida in 1981, though Kingman always remained close to her heart. Linda was a devoted and selfless wife, mother and grandmother with a calm, comforting disposition and unconditional love for her family. She spent many years working in the Arizona and Florida concrete industry as a bookkeeper and dispatcher until her retirement. Those left to cherish her memory include her daughters, Katie Mascarello-Simari (spouse Samir Simari) and Darcey McManus, granddaughters Antoinette Mascarello-Mowrey (spouse Spencer Mowrey) and Lina Lakhdar, and siblings, James Mascarello, Patricia Mascarello, Asa Ward and Dennis Barnes. A memorial will be planned and held in her hometown of Kingman, Arizona pending arrangements. The family wishes to thank the kind and compassionate medical professionals who cared for Linda over the last year. |
