He was born in Chicago and was a World War II Army veteran. Survivors include his wife, Ann; daughter, Kathy B. Lewis; sister, Margaret; brothers, David and Emmet and three grandchildren. Visitation: 5 to 9 p.m. Friday, Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. Seventh St., Phoenix. Mass: 11 a.m. Saturday, St. Paul's Catholic Church, 330 W. Coral Gables Drive, Phoenix.
