| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona January 15, 1999. Ruby Louise Kinser, 68, of Peoria, a nurse, died Jan. 12, 1999. She was born in Logan, W.Va. Survivors include her daughter, Betty Ann Snider; sons, Chuch "Bud" and James Edward; sister, Joretta Starr; brothers, Robert, Charles and James; eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, 12420 N. 103rd Ave., Sun City. Services: 10 a.m. Saturday, at the mortuary. |
