Carol J. (Lambrecht) Andel, a long-time resident of Arizona, died in Tacoma, Washington on December 16, 2003. Carol was born in Madison, Wisconsin, on December 1, 1945 of the late Dr. Bert Lambrecht of Miami, AZ and Evelyn Lambrecht. She grew up in Miami, AZ, attended the University of Arizona and then lived in the Phoenix area for 25 years. She was a Teacher's Aide at Loma Linda Elementary School in Phoenix and a Teacher's Assistant in WA. She is survived by her husband of 38 years, Tom of Puyallup, WA; sons, Joe (Jessica and grandson Joshua) of El Paso, TX and Doug of Scottsdale; daughters, Laura Andel of Puyallup, WA and Lisa Andel of El Paso, TX; mother, Lila Lambrecht of Miami, AZ; sisters, Sandi Power of Globe, AZ and Dana Smith of Denver, CO. Memorial Services were held Saturday, January 3, 2004, at Whitney & Murphy Arcadia Funeral Home, 4800 E. Indian School Rd. Published in the Arizona Republic from 1/2/2004 - 1/3/2004. |
