| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Tuesday, June 30, 2009 Stephanie Ann Woods of Prescott, Ariz., passed away unexpectedly at her home on June 22, 2009. Stephanie was a warm, caring and a dedicated mother to her 3 1/2 year old son, Drake. She was witty, intensely loyal, generous and always willing to help anyone in need. Stephanie was born on June 28, 1968, and raised in San Diego, Calif. She was a certified caretaker for developmentally disabled and elderly adults and was employed by the assisted living division of Las Fuentes Resort in Prescott, Ariz. She was a member of Calvary Chapel in Prescott. Stephanie is survived by her son, Drake; her mother, Pamela Mathison; her sister, Cheryl Spears; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. We will all miss her wit and humor. Memorial services took place at the San Diego home of her aunt on June 26. The family would appreciate it if you could sign Stephanie's guest book at www.legacy.com. In lieu of flowers, the family has established a trust fund in the name of Drake Woods. Contributions can be made to any Chase Bank, for the benefit of Drake Woods.
