| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Sunday, June 21, 2009 Toby-Lynn Voss, 73, of Phoenix, Ariz. passed away June 7, 2009. She enjoyed a career in real estate and other business endeavors. Born in Pueblo, Colo., Toby-Lynn came to Arizona in 1973; residing in Prescott and Phoenix. Toby-Lynn was preceded in death by her husband Robert I. Voss, son Dirk Evans, her mother Elizabeth, father Charles and brother Harold. Toby-Lynn is survived by daughter Roberta Voss; son-in-law Rick Biers; brother Charles (Janet) McKinney; and sister-in-law Sharon (Voss) Koger Caldwell. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m., Saturday, June 27, 2009 at Unity of Phoenix, 1500 E. Greenway, Phoenix, Ariz. Information provided by survivors. |
