Mary Kathleen Stiever, 58, of Lake Montezuma, Arizona died on Sunday, April 28th. She was born in Phoenix, Arizona on March 3, 1944.

She worked for Wells Fargo Bank in Camp Verde and she was a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church.

Mrs. Stiever is survived by her husband David R. Steiver of Cottonwood, her son and daughter-in-law: Troy and Laurel Lawton of Phoenix, Ariozna; a sister: Peggy Lutz of Tempe, Arizona.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 4th at 2:00 p.m. at the Beaver Creek Baptist Church, 3705 E. Beaver Creek Road, Rimrock, Arizona.

In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to the Sedona Medical Center Oncology/Cancer Center 3700 W. Highway 89A Sedona, Arizona 86336.

Kathy Stiever, 58, of Lake Montezuma died April 28. She was born in Phoenix on March 3, 1944.

Mrs. Stiever graduated from Central High School. She worked over the years for KOY radio, KPNX-Channel 12, Gainey Ranch/Markland Properties, Phoenix Greyhound Park and Turf Paradise. She also enjoyed a brief career as a casino dealer in Laughlin and Las Vegas.

In 1999, Kathy married her second husband, David Stiever; and the couple made their home in Lake Montezuma.

Mrs. Stiever worked at Wells Fargo Bank branch in Camp Verde.
She was a member of the Beaver Creek Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, David R. Stiever; a son, Tony Lawton of Phoenix; a daughter-in-law, Laurel Lawton and a sister, Peggy Lutz of Tempe.

Services are scheduled at Beaver Creek Baptist Church, Saturday May 4 at 12 noon.

Memorial donations may be made to the Oncology Department of Sedona Medical Center by calling 204-4160.
