Alphonse Joseph Lesperance, of Phoenix, formerly of Cottonwood died July 25, 2002. He was born February 9, 1906 in Woodsley, Ontario, Canada.

Mr. Lesperance was a retired self employed advertising specialties represenative.

He was currently a member of St. Luke's Catholic Church in Phoenix. He was formerly a member of the Immaculate Conception Church in Cottonwood and Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Scottsdale. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He leaves his wife Sarah Lesperance; daughters, Margaret Impellezzeri, Rockford, Mich. and Joan Guzik, Plymouth, Mich.; sons, Leo Lesperance, Scottsdale, Ariz. and Gerald Lesperance, Troy, Mich.; nineteen grandchildren, thirty-five great-grandchildren and two great-greatgrandchildren.

A Funeral Mass will be held Monday, July 29 in the Immaculate Conception Church at 12:30 p.m.

Burial will be in Michigan.

Westcott Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
