Dorothy Lou (Baker) Steidl Born in Lavelle, Wisconsin on June 26, 1933. Departed on Sept. 23, 2002 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Dorothy Lou Steidl, 69, of Cottonwood, died on Monday, September 23rd. She was born in Lavelle, Wisconsin on June 26, 1933, the daughter of Rollie M. & Grace Nancy (Fields) Baker. Mrs. Steidl was a homemaker and an avid outdoors woman. She loved to hunt, fish and camp with her family. She had a great passion for wood-working and animals. She is survived by her husband James Vincent Steidl, Cottonwood; daughter, Nancy McAnally, Camp Verde; daughters-in law, Roberta Steidl and Joy Steidl, Cottonwood; son, Ken Steidle, Cottonwood; son-in-law, Kenneth McAnally, Camp Verde; brother, Paul Baker, Cottonwood; grandchildren, James McAnally, Kendra McAnally-Dickey, Melissa Steidl; Sarah Steidl and Angel Steidl. Mrs. Steidl was preceded in death by a son: Vincent James Steidl. A visitation will be held on Monday, September 30th at the Westcott Funeral Home, 1013 E. Mingus Avenue Cottonwood, Az from 4:00-to 7:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, October 1st at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in Cottonwood Cemetery.
