| Evelyn I. Mullinax Born in Phoenix, Arizona on Sept. 16, 1950. Departed on June 14, 2002 and resided in Camp Verde, Arizona. Evelyn Irene Bullard Mullinax, 52, of Camp Verde died June 14. She was born September 16, 1950 in Phoenix. Evelyn was a member of the Verde Valley Women's Bowling Association and also a member of the First Baptist Church of Camp Verde. She leaves her daughters, Tonya Lee and Tina Irene; her parents, James B. and VeraLee Bullarde; brothers, Stanley Ray Bullard and James Wayne Bullard, all of Camp Verde and her grandmother, Betty Bullard, Lakeside, Ariz. and one grandchild. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 22 in the First Baptist Church in Camp Verde at 3 p.m. Westcott Funeral Home assisted the family with these arrangements.
