| Allen C. Burnett Born in South Gate, California on Feb. 18, 1932. Departed on July 1, 2003 and resided in Cottonwood, Arizona. Allen C. Burnett, 71, of Cottonwood was born February 18, 1932 and passed away on July 1, 2003. He is survived by his loving wife of 47 years, Virginia Burnett; brother, Lloyd Burnett; his children, Ruth Caskey, Bob Burnett, Robyn Burnett, LaNita Pittman, and adopted daughter Mickaelle Denham; six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. He was loved and cherished very much by his family and he will be missed by all. We thank God for the time we had with him, as he touched each of our hearts in a very special way. We will take comfort in knowing he is with God and his loved one who passed before him. Graveside services will be held on Monday, July 7 at 10 a.m. VFW Post #7400 will provide military honors. The family asks that donations in his memory may be made to the Verde Valley Christian Church Building Fund, 3605 Zalesky Rd., Cottonwood, Ariz., 86326.
