| THE WICKENBURG SUN THE WEEK OF JUNE 25, 2003 Raymond Frederick Meyer, 94, of Wickenburg, Ariz. passed away Wednesday, June 25, 2003. He was born April 19, 1909 in Hoisington, Kan. He retired from Boeing Aerospace Saturn Rocket Division in Wichita, Kan. and moved to Wickenburg in 1976. He was a long-time member of the Wickenburg Gem and Mineral Club. He is survived by two daughters, Carol Sue Stanley and Janis Belle Jones, both of Phoenix, Ariz.; son James Raymond Meyer of Wichita, Kan.; 16 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of nearly 64 years, Margaret Kathryn Meyer, and two daughters, Donna Rae Jones of Las Vegas, Nev. And Nancy Margaret Cudworth of Sharpsburg, Ga. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, July 5, 2003 at Hanson Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St., Phoenix, AZ 85020, 602-944-1561. Services, officiated by Minister Ralph Meredith, will follow at 3 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Arizona, 9155 N. 3rd St., Phoenix AZ 85020, 602-870-6089. |
