Survivors include his companion, Lori Klauber; son, Shawn Patrick; sister, Maureen Patricia; and brother, Dennis J. 

Visitation Friday, Messinger Mortuary and Chapel, 7601 E. Indian School Road, Scottsdale. Services Saturday, St. Theresa Catholic Church, 5045 E. Thomas Road, Phoenix.
