STEINMANN, Elaine Vesta

Elaine Vesta (Tiarks) Steinmann went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at 2:34 p.m. on June 17, 2009. Elaine was born on December 20, 1926 in Ash Grove Township, IL to Fred and Frieda Tiarks. She leaves a legacy of loving servanthood and is survived by her beloved husband Myron of 62 years; sons Gary (Leslie), Ronald (Kathleen); John (Renita) Steinmann; sisters Bernice Zabel, and Arvella McManis; brothers Elmer, Erwin, and Elwin Tiarks; 11 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Elaine was preceded in death by her sisters Irene Sennholtz and Lorna DeRose. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 22, 2009 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church 5600 W Palmaire Ave., Glendale, AZ 85301. Funeral service will immediately follow at 2:00 pm at the church. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday at 10:30 am at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N Cave creek Rd., Phoenix, AZ.
