Jacqueline "Jackie" Flavell, 40, pased away Jan. 27, 2004 Jackie was born June 22, 1963, in Youngstown, Ohio. 

She is survived by her husband Edward, Congress; parents Mike and Lillian Miles, Youngstown, Ohio; stepschildren Danielle Flavell, Cincinnati, Ohio and Edward Flavell. 

Services were held Tuesday, Feb. 3, 2004, at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Interment followed at Wickenburg Cemetery.
