CHESTER, Mildred Faye

The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, June 10, 2006 Mildred Faye Chester, age 77, of Prescott, Arizona, died Wednesday, June 7, 2006 at the University Medical Center in Tucson, Arizona. Mildred was born Feb. 19, 1929 to Elbert and Nova (Martin) Beasley in Alma, Oklahoma. Mildred married Ed Chester on May 10, 1947. She was a born again Christian. The inheritance she left was greater than earthly wealth – it was the knowledge of Jesus Christ as our Savior. Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Ed, in 1999. She is survived by her children, Gary Chester and Carol Fry; five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. There will be a visitation from noon to 2 p.m. Saturday, June 10 at the Hampton Funeral Home, 240 South Cortez St., Prescott. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 2 p.m. Burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 12 at the Mountain View Cemetery. The Hampton Funeral Home was entrusted with the arrangements.
