Memorial services will be held on Thursday, January 23rd, 10:30 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 1450 E. Fir Street, Cottonwood, Az., 86326. Bertha Stamper, 92, of Cottonwood died January 17. She was born September 10, 1910 in Lawrence, Nebraska. She was a member of Peace Lutheran Church, the Clemnceau Museum, was interested in archaelogy conservancy and Alzheimers research. She leaves a sister-in-law, Mrs. Herb Banger, Chino Valley and several nieces and nephews spread throughout the country including Sandy James of Chino Valley. A memorial service will be held Thursday, January 23 at the Peace Lutheran Church at 10:30 a.m. Donations in her memory may be made to the Peace Lutheran Church, 1450 E.
