He was born in Clinton County , Ohio on November 15, 1919. Tuffy is survived by his wife of 69 years, Ruth Esther; son Bob (Rita) of Mesa, son Tom, Scottsdale, daughter Joy (Cliff), Clarkdale, grandchildren and sister Genevieve (George), Portland, Or. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, July 18 at Westcott Funeral Home in Cottonwood.
