The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, May 5, 2006 Helen Lewis, 96, of Prescott, Arizona, died at Samaritan Village in Prescott. She was born August 16, 1909, in Munson, Ohio. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alex. Helen is survived by her daughter and husband, Shirley and George Sheatz; six grandchildren, Dave, Pat, Denise, Brian, Brad and Karen; nine great-grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica, Alexis, Madison, Jordan, Dillon, Brandon, David and Kim. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 6, 2006, at 11 a.m. at Heritage Memory Mortuary, 131 Grove Ave., Prescott, Arizona. She was a lovely lady and will be sorely missed by all.
