Ethel Berequist, 94, of Prescott, Arizona, born Sept. 6, 1911, in Chicago, Ill., died Thursday, May 18, 2006 at the Margaret T. Morris Care Center in Prescott.

A private cremation will take place at the Bradshaw Crematorium.

Arrangements by Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home.
