Dec. 2, 1907 - March 9, 1998 Mac McNichols, a retired employee of Shell Chemical in Pittsburg, died Monday in Prescott, Ariz. He was 90. The native of Oakland moved to Walnut Creek in 1951. He retired from Shell Chemical in 1967 and moved to Hawaii. He moved to Prescott, Ariz., in 1992. He enjoyed the outdoors, animals and the ocean. He is survived by his wife of 57 years, Irene McNichols of Prescott, Ariz.; sons, John T. McNichols of Pittsburg and Ron McNichols of Fairfield; and five grandchildren.
