BRODIGAN, John Duane


Anchorage Daily News, Anchorage, Alaska Sunday, April 19, 1998 Former Alaska resident John Duane Brodigan, 66, died April 17, 1998, in Prescott, Ariz. Private memorial services will be held at a later date. Mr. Brodigan was born Dec. 21, 1931, in Seattle, to John and Nellie (Atkins) Brodigan. He lived in Alaska for 32 years before moving to Arizona in 1994. He was a U.S. Air Force Korean War veteran and member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and American Legion in Wasilla. Mr. Brodigan had worked as a glazer for a glass manufacturer. He is survived by his wife, Helen; daughter, Anna Marie of Seattle; sons, John Brodigan Jr. of Sumac, Wash., Patrick of Vancouver, Wash., Douglas of Wichita, Kan., Daniel of Anchorage, and Michael of Dallas, Ore.; four brothers, David, Dean, Hugh and Danny; mother, Nellie of Puyallup, Wash.; 15 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Arrangements were by Memory Chapel Inc. in Prescott.
